How can I order?

If you already have an account with us, you can place orders through our website using your web shop account. Alternatively, you can email our dedicated sales team at sales@nicice.co.uk or call us at 03301 281655. If you do not have an account with us, please refer to the section titled "How do I open an account" for more information. 

How do I open an account?

If you wish to open an account with NIC UK, then please reach out to us by emailing sales@nicice.co.uk with your Company details and items you are interested in purchasing.  

What is the minimum order amount?

Our minimum order amount is £500 before VAT  

I can’t reach the £500 MO, do you have a list if wholesalers that I can buy your products from?

Yes, we do, please email sales@nicice.co.uk with your company details and post code, so that we can help locate your local wholesaler.  

How do I get a web shop account?

Please email Sales at sales@nicice.co.uk requesting that you would like a web shop login along with your Nic UK account number so we can process your request. 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order, but please note that collections must be pre-arranged. We require 24 hours' notice, and the order must be credit released before your arrival. Please be aware that we do not have facilities on-site to take payment. It is important to pre-arrange your collection to avoid any inconvenience, as we may not be able to get your order ready if you turn up unannounced. 

Can I have a priced Brochure?

Please email the sales team with your Nic UK account number and your contact details so that we can send the brochure over to you.  

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made via bank transfer; payment details can be found on the base of your invoice/order confirmation and will differ depending on currency. Payment can also be made via card calling 03301 281655 and choosing option 2, we accept all cards except AMEX. 

Do you do next day delivery?

Yes, we do, but any orders would need to be in before 12 noon and a carriage charge will be applied subject to postcode.  

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We can deliver to certain parts of the country on a Saturday, carriage charge will be applied subject to post code. Please email sales@nicice.co.uk for a quote for the cost of delivery. 

Where is my order?

For any information needed on your delivery please call the sales team on 03301 281655 

How do I raise a complaint? i.e CNC

If you need to raise a complaint, please email sales@nicice.co.uk with all the relevant details to your complaint by supplying the details below: 

Delivery note number of the delivery affected. 

Delivery date. 

Item code, of the item in question. 

Lot or batch number (this can be found on the delivery note). 

Any photographs of the damage/issue.  

This information will then enable us to investigate the issue and come back swiftly to you with a resolution. 

Please note that all complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery  

Can I have a copy of my price list?

Yes, you can, please reach out to your Area Sales Manager who will be able to help with this. 

When will an item be back in stock?

For information on stock lead times, please contact us at sales@nicice.co.uk 

Make sure to include your Company account number and the item(s) you need the lead time for.Â
