Delivery note number of the delivery affected.Â

Item code, of the item in question.Â
Lot or batch number (this can be found on the delivery note).Â
Any photographs of the damage/issue. Â
This information will then enable us to investigate the issue and come back swiftly to you with a resolution.Â
Please note that all complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery Â
