- 1 litre warm water
- 300g Sucrose
- 100g Pumkin Pulp
- 5 g Activated Charcoal
- 50g Special Frutta (LEAGEL) BM120501 VIEW IN SHOP
- 3g Cinnamon Paste (GELATOP) GEL787 VIEW IN SHOP
- 20 g Vanilla Paste (FABBRI) VF13319 VIEW IN SHOP
Method
Blend all of the ingredients into the warm water and leave to stand for 1 hour then pour into the batch freezer and select your normal Sorbet setting,
Extract into a narrow pan and decorate to your own taste if required.
